What Carrier are We Used for Shipping?
We use FedEx Ground. Due to the package be lost, we ues fully sign service for every customer. Please also pay attention to the tracking number and the situation at the door or courtyard at the time of delivery.

We promise all Soumye ebike are brand new. Before you order the bike, please confirm if the size and weight fit with the rider.
