We promise all Narrak ebike are brand new. Before you order the bike, please confirm if the size and weight fit with the rider. If you want to know more detail size, please check the listing or contact the seller. Check the bike when you receive it. If the bike have any problem, please contact the seller or call Narrak Service and provide some pictures or video to show the problem.
