Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours at working day normally. We have Fedex as the primary mode of transportation.

Does it come pre assembled?

It is 90% pre-assembled. You just need to install the handle bar, the front wheel, the light and the pedals, which takes about 15 minutes. You may folllow our instruction manual in the package or find the assmebly video on our product page
