When will my order be shipped and by which carrier?
Typically, your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. We use FedEx as our primary shipping method. When there is a specific pre-order date on the purchase page, we will ship your order before the final shipping time is cut off.
Is it pre-assembled?
95% pre-assembled. All you need to do is install the handlebars, front wheel, lights and pedals, which takes about 15 minutes. You can follow the instruction manual included in the package or find an assembly video on our product page.
