Usually, the item will be shipped out from our California warehouse within 2 working days, and then delivered by FedEx after about 5-7 days with the tracking number.

Yes, this electric bike is 95% assembled, you could totally assemble it by yourself. Assembly video is listed on the purchase page & Specific manual will arrive in the package.
