This Bafang C18 display works fine in sprinkles to moderate rain environment, enjoy riding in any weather. Please make sure the USB cover are secured in wet environment.
PLEASE BE AWARE!
This is a UART PROTOCOL version display, it DOES NOT work with CAN PROTOCOL version motors(which has a 5 pin pentagonal connector).Different connector means different communication protocol between display and motor. 
Compatible with Bafang BBS Series Motors Only
Works with Bafang BBS01, BBS02 and BBS 1000W mid-drive motors and is NOT compatible with all other motors.Using an adaptor cable or cutting off the connectors to connect wires DOES NOT HELP.PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE CONNECTOR OF YOUR MOTOR BEFORE BUYING THIS ITEM.
