Battery Using Note
1.Please use 42V 4A DC charger to charge 36V 20Ah battery. Do not use other chargers. Otherwise the battery will be damaged or undercharged.
2.A sufficient charge of 5 hours is recommended for the first charge to ensure optimal activation of the battery’s performance.
3.When using the battery, you need to turn on the red button, otherwise there is no current output from the battery.
4.Due to shipping limitations, the battery power is not full, please fully charge the battery after receiving it.
5.When you receive the battery, the battery is attached to the battery plate, and you only need to unlock it with the key to pull the battery plate out.
6.Although the battery case is waterproof, the battery can be damaged if left in a humid environment for a long time. Please keep the battery dry.
7.Please make sure to keep the original packaging for at least one month after receiving the battery. If you want to return it, we need all the accessories as well as the original packaging, otherwise we will charge an entry fee.
8.This lithium battery is 36v 20ah, so the battery is suitable for electric vehicles with 36V motor. 48v motor and 36v can not be used. 9. Please note that the size of the battery is 14.41”*4.6”*3.81”. Please confirm the size before you buy the battery . Returns due to inappropriate sizes are not the seller’s problem.
10.If the lithium battery cannot be charged properly. This may be caused by improper or faulty connection of the charger, the protection board is not restored to its normal state, and the battery pack is short-circuited with external appliances. We need to check whether the charger is connected correctly, whether the positive and negative plugs of the battery pack charging are reversed, and try to restart the appliances to release the protection status of the protection board.
