OUR MISSION

Making safety seamless to get you moving.

Before starting Thousand, I never wore a helmet, even though I was a longtime cyclist. But when I lost a friend to a fatal bike crash, I knew I had to change. Instead of settling for the “sci-fi” looking helmets on the market, I got to work designing one.

We named our company “Thousand” as a goal to help save 1000 lives by making helmets people actually want to wear. Our name is a daily reminder of why we do what we do.

Anti-Theft Replacement Policy

With our Anti-Theft Policy, if your helmet is ever stolen while locked to your bike through the PopLock, we’ll replace it for free.

BLANK CANVAS FOR CREATIVITY: Every helmet comes with a pack of removable, reflective stickers for customization and creative expression.
ADJUSTABLE DIAL FIT SYSTEM: Just one helmet will last your child for years thanks to the adjustable dial fit system, which allows their gear to grow with them (from 49-53cm head circumference).
ACTIVE VENTILATION: 6 strategically placed vents actively capture airflow and pass it through the helmet’s interior channels. Because kids get sweaty.
SAFETY CERTIFIED: Our helmets are certified for biking, roller skating, and skateboarding – so they’ll keep safe no matter what wheels they ride.
